Mission Statement:
Following the influence from FIRST®, our mission is to inspire young people to be STEAM leaders and innovators, by engaging them in exciting programs that build science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematical skills; which inspire innovation, and encourage well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.

Our main sponsor is the Franklin County School system. We have received a grant from Duke Energy as well as a hardship grant. We applied for and were awarded with a FIRST® TEAMS Grant to mentor a rookie team for three years. We rely heavily on community sponsorships and donations from team parents.
We have conducted several fundraisers throughout the years. Our most successful fundraisers are raffles. Last year we even raffled off a brand new chromebook.
This summer we look forward to hosting our LEGO MindStorms summer camps. We are also encouraging and working to build an official FLL team in one of our middle schools and an FLL Jr. team in one (or more) elementary school.
